We thought long and hard, but decided not to offer shopping cart facilities at the moment.  

We would like to offer you the greatest choice in selecting your furniture, and would have to limit the selections if we added this facility.

We also would prefer to have more of a relationship with our customers, and feel that talking over the telephone about a customers requirements can help.

Ordering furniture is more specialized than ordering a dress or a book over the internet.  Firstly it reassures you, that you are dealing with professionals who run a real business, not just a website.

Secondly, you will probably have questions regarding the furniture, so when we call you back, you have the ideal opportunity to ask away !

Our aim is provide all of our customers a one to one service, and throughout your order, from confirmation through to delivery, you will be given the name and personal email address of your sales advisor.  So if you have a question, all you need to do is ask.
