Most manufacturers no longer keep a large
stock of furniture, just waiting to be delivered. They all
manufacture the furniture to order, which gives us and the customer, more
selection and choices.
When we send through an order to a
manufacturer, it will normally take about a week to enter their computer
system fully. They will then process the order, and your goods will
then be made. Once your goods are ready, they are dispatched to our
delivery agents, who will then contact you regarding a suitable delivery
day.
Sometimes, although very rarely, problems
do occur, such as a manufacturer runs out of the type of fabric that you
requested or has problems with the machinery. When this happens, you
will be informed of the delay.
