If you have seen an item of furniture that you would
like to order, simply make a note of the order code, then proceed to
the order form. |

Once you have sent us your details, we will
contact you back by telephone to confirm the information you have
given us. We will also confirm the expected delivery time as
well. At this time, we will ask for a deposit of 30% which
may be given by a credit card, either Visa, Switch or MasterCard.
This deposit is non-refundable. |

Delivery
can range between four to eight weeks, although we do have one
manufacturer that can take up to twelve weeks. |

You will then be sent a
confirmation letter in the post together with a receipt of deposit
payment. This letter will provide you with confirmation of your
order, the deposit taken, the balance owed and the expected date of
delivery. If the invoice is incorrect, please notify us within
seven days, as all goods are made to your specifications, we cannot
cancel the order after this time. |

We will happily provide quotes for any furniture from
any of the manufacturers shown on our website. If you would like a quote from us on several items
then again make a note of the order codes, then go to contact us,
where we will then prepare a quote for you. Once we have
prepared the quote for you, we will contact you back by telephone to
give you the verbal quote. This verbal quote will expire after
three working days. If you agree with the quote, simply contact
us back either by telephone or email |
What Happens
Next
Once we have received your order, and a deposit has been
placed, we will send out a confirmation of the order together with any
receipts of payment. The order will then be sent to our
manufacturers who will then process and manufacture the furniture.
Delivery can take up to ten weeks, but is normally between six to eight
weeks, please be assured that if we are notified by the manufacturer of
any delay, we will contact you immediately.
Cancellation
If it is within seven days of the date of the confirmation
invoice
If you need to cancel the order within seven days of the
date of the confirmation invoice, please notify us immediately either by
email or telephone
Delivery
Once your goods have arrived from the manufacturers to our
delivery agents, you will be contacted to arrange a convenient delivery
day.
The days of delivery are Monday to Friday
during normal working hours. We cannot offer an evening or weekend
delivery. You will then be asked to settle any outstanding balance.
On the day of delivery, our agents will deliver your goods into the room
of your choice (see notes below). They will unpack the goods and
move the item/s into position. They will then ask you to visibly
inspect the goods and ask you to sign a form which states that you have
received the goods in good condition.
Notes
If the delivery agents for any reason,
such as obstruction, size of doorways or staircases, cannot deliver the
goods into the room of your choice, they will leave then in a suitable
room for you to make other arrangements. Furniture Zone or our
delivery agents cannot be held responsible under any circumstances
whatsoever. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the
items ordered can be delivered successfully. Our delivery agents
responsibility is to deliver to the address given by the customer only.
Problems
Should a problem occur, please be assured that we or our
delivery agents will try to help as much as possible. If the problem
is due to the size of the furniture, our agents will try to suggest
alternatives. If there is a problem with the furniture being
damaged, we and our delivery agents will assess the situation and contact
you regarding the matter. If the damage is small, an upholsterer or
furniture polisher will be contacted to remedy the situation. If the
damage is due to the manufacturer, the goods will be sent back to the
factory and a replacement ordered.
